Focused On Complex Litigation

Our attorneys developed their boutique practice to serve clients with complicated litigation needs. We place a heavy emphasis on qui tam actions, a type of whistleblower lawsuit that involves the reportage of fraudulent actions that violate the False Claims Act. However, we have also successfully represented clients in a wide range of commercial litigation cases, including:

  • Bankruptcy litigation
  • Business torts
  • Mortgage, banking or lender liability claims
  • Breach of contract disputes
  • Shareholder claims in publicly held companies
  • Insurance coverage lawsuits
  • Cases involving a breach of fiduciary duty
  • Appellate litigation

We are able to take pride in a long record of successful results because we know our practice areas thoroughly. We have created a streamlined practice that benefits from the many years our attorneys have spent collaborating on cases.

Let Us Help You Do The Right Thing
